hm. another semester. what can i say.
i am uber busy. i dont know why i continue to add new activities into my life. wait yes i do. i love being busy and i enjoy what i am doing despite what i might say. currently i am running for the geology representative for student government, as well as being campus environmental center's librarian, and the undergraduate geological society gneiss kids adopt an acre coordinator. and on top of all of this i am taking 17 hours and seeing someone. so i have a pretty busy schedule. not to mention keeping days open for kris, so that we can hang out and watch stargate. but all in all, this semester is shaping up to be a good time. im really excited.

christmas in alabama. hm. well it wouldn't be so bad if the barkmanns were here too, but they aren't. therefore i am bored off my butt and already done with all the books that i brought to entertain myself. ugh i am so bored that i can't remember what i wanted to write...
wait while i take a few minutes to think...
so since my last post (these are all kinds of out of order), i have been kicked out of a bar, gotten so drunk i puked, went to ren fest,
gotten a megalodon tooth, got franklin the turtle at a xmas party,
found out i am a paleogenius, somehow became earth materials tutor, passed out tons of candy cane reindeer, got a date off a candy cane reindeer, had a stargate marathon, had a farscape marathon, gotten my brain drained by the movie immortal, spent way too much time with christopher for either of our own good, took care of jade, jecca, and kris with danny downtown, almost kicked a girls ass on the ebus, had my boobs ridiculed yet again by marigny, won the undergraduate geological society t-shirt contest, embarrassed james brady with funny pictures, had smores when james finally got the fire lit, found out how to cuss in chinese at the movie theater, become obsessed with american dad, got caught in the crossfire of a finger dart game,
got cool asian spoon things, got a flask, was used to buy alcohol, cleaned out my closet, got money for my old clothes, had a jakarta reunion, started going to the gym, got my ass kicked into shape by the scary jecca and kris, got 3As and a C (calculus), been told i need to the pres of UGS next year, been bribed to take an intro geology class (refused it), ate awesome breakfast tacos made by my uncle seth, check out the land we bought in castroville... and so much more.

god. so i havent updated in a hell of a long time. it has been a crazy semester so far... i have barely any social life except for my geo buddies. who really are the coolest ppl and all that i need. thou chris and i have been spending almost 24 hours a day with each other, so we try to have one day a week which is don't see blair day or don't see chris day... depending on your point of view.
paleo is a bit of bitch... wait... the prof is a bit of an ass... the class is fine. but it takes up most of my time. argh. but then again so do all of my classes except my mountain geoecology class. i don't go to this class. it is a complete waste of my time. i think i went to 4 classes and got a 97 on the first test! i get so frustrated wit this class... its supposed to b upperdivision but it is in no way challenging. it is almost identical to a lowerdivision geology class. probably y i find it so easy. plus the prof lectures rite out of the textbook. ugh.
holy crap... i dont think i posted anything about my birthday... and that was over a month ago. so on my bday (which unfortunately was a tuesday) krispity met after class with a bottle of champagne and the announcement that i had to finish it before a certain time. later chris, james, kris and i went to razoos where i found out that pineapple is evil in an alcoholic beverage.
also, since my last post ive had a knock down drag out fight wit chris... gotten greatly pissed off at james and created two new enemies. the first of which is jackyln, who i have no idea y she doesn't like me. i offered up a nice letter to her and tried to b nice yet she refused. no big lose. the other is chris' ex-girlfriend... she is rather cold and treated him like crap... so one day when she called him i picked up the phone, opened it and then closed it, thus hanging up on her. in my defense chris was in no position to answer a phone call from her at the time plus i have some pent up anger toward her... she hurt my friend and continues to rub in his face her personal life. i think that is low and beyond rude. she was here for the weekend (more rude behavior), she thought she had ticked me off... unfortunately the only thing that pissed me off saturday was the heat at the football game.
which by the way... texas is the bestest!! we are kickin football ass!!
oh!! saw this awful movie which fucked wit my mind and left me unable to form really words for about an hour (i shit u not). it was immortal... some forgein movie that kris and i got off of netflix. dont rent it or buy it... it is crazy, strange.
also, now that ive ben spending so much time with christopher, we go to hoa hoa alot! good food...... well the lady that works there knows us by name... not to mention she remembers our past orders. so due to this fact... soon i shall get a shirt from there.
saw serenity... oh my god with the awesomeness!!
ok so who is uber excited about harry potter and pride and prejudice! oh i think that would b me! ok so im jane austen obsessed. in fact ive found even more movies based on her books and slowly i will collect them all!! i also just finished reading pride and prejudice for the 4th time. love it. i tried to read this book called wideacre... but in the end i gave up. there was WAY too much incest for my taste and it had no brilliance... you could see where it was headed and it wasn't pretty... and the writing wasn't captivating at all. i did however buy the unpublished chapter of dune. haven't gotten around to reading it yet, but i intend to very soon once i have more of a life.
so... for the past 3 weeks i have had at least 1 test each week. for the next 4 weeks i have at least 1 test a week. shall i recount...
week 1- calculus exam, paleo lab quiz, mineralogy exam, geography exam, paleo field trip report
week 2- paleo lab midterm
week 3- paleo exam
week 4- mineralogy lab exam, paleo field trip
week 5- calculus exam
week 6- geography exam, mineralogy exam, paleo field trip report
week 7- paleo exam
as u can see it is not pretty... and i also have labs due every day of the week except friday and math homework due every tuesday... i hav eno life apart from school... i live in the geology building.
time to get ready for lab now too... oh the joy.

so austin kicks major ass and rush is finally over.
we have a kick ass pledge class with such gorgeous girls. i think we have one of the cutest pledge classes. we even got twins. thats rite they went axo. it has been relaly fun doin all the rush stuff despite what ive said. its ben nice ot bond wit all the girls. i love livin in the house. something is always goin on and someone is always willing to do something.
bid day was interesting. the party got busted about 2 or 3 am... when the cops showed up. but nobody got introuble which is very good considering that the girls had only just joined the sorority.
school is good... im bored and can't think of anything to say. chris was givin me a hard time becaus ei don't update alot. so pshaw on him.
btw did u kno that different languages have their own type of "pshaw". i think that is interesting. also that pshaw was often used in literature during jane austen's time. i never noticed before.

i am a huge dumbass.
i accidentally donated my teddy bear to Trash to Treasure this afternoon!!! i was gettin rid of my sheets cus somehow they got a slash in them.... so i just balled everythin up and stuck it in the donation box!!
now im in houston, and i just realized this! i've ben frantic tryin to get ppl to check the donation box, then i called trevor to see what he could do since he is kinda in charge of everythin....
so i sent a picture of me and my teddy bear.... and details about my stuff... i just hope i get it back...
chrissy gave me the bear in 7th grade for my birthday.... i named it long john silver. everyone knew this bear back in indonesia... event he teddy bear had a nickname!! LJS!!
so i totally broke down crying... im 20. im crying over a teddy bear... but it is a special one!! i cant believe this!!!!!!

btw. i have yet to mention that kris and i went to dynamite boys last show ever? it was fuckin bad ass. cruiserweight played rite before hand which totally rocked my sox off. then dynamite boy came on. and the little boy gabe was pretending to play guitar along wit them and there were tears and lots of spraying of beer. it was a great set. and they ended wit their cover of acdc's tnt. so i kept my fist in the air the entire time. great times, fun stuff...

Ok. My little sis (sorority that is) was initiated tonight!! I am so excited that I got this girl, Sarah Schultz, because she is fabulous. I guess you can say that she doesn’t seem the sorority type, which is why I probably liked her better than the other girls. However, the girl digs on Donnie Darko and Pride and Prejudice (both book and movie). So how was I to pick someone else?!
I am going to talk all about her now. She is a studio art major and is a freshman. She is from Houston, so we can both relate to how crap it is there. She is also part of the school senate which I found impressive. Not to mention that she plays lacrosse! Carson would love her.
On another note, Carson got knocked out the other day during one of his lacrosse games. Rite after he scored a goal he was knocked out… I’m not sure how, then his shoulder (not the broken collar bone one) was cut. Exciting stuff going on at home. So mom wants a break which is great because A-CHI-O Mom’s Day is Saturday. We are going to take Austin by storm. Plus she gets to meet Crossy and everyone else. Chris seems excited to meet my mum. He is such a nut sometimes.
Well I guess I should leave the geology building… it is past 9 pm. And I have no reason to be here. I had been at Scottish Rite Dorm decorating Sarah’s room before she got home. Then I thought while I’m on campus, I’m going to get a Sprite from a machine that actually takes bills (aka Welch) and while I’m on that side of campus I shall see if Crossy is in his office. Of course he isn’t. He is off at the Crown and Anchor cheering Kira up.
Crossy by the way is such a sap. He left me a note at the dorm the other day to just say hi. Then sent me an email to tell me that he left a note and what it said. He can be so cute for a long black haired giant, who wears scary metal shirts. It is hard to believe at times.

sunday was uber fun.... we went to pedernales with chris, kris, james, crossy and myself. we had a picnic, went hiking, played frisbee, and went swimming. it was a fun filled day out in nature. not to mention the abundance of crinoids.
monday was finishing the cowboy bebop series. sooooooooo good. now chris insists we must watch more cool anime.
tuesday i went to the gym went chris... cus i am too shy to go anywhere like that by myself. it was lots of fun and my legs hurt for the rest of the day. it was worth it though. later that nite we went wit james and kris to a those peabodies show. tons of fun and crazy bands. harmonicas and guitars hitting heads.
now i am in houston, where i have eaten indian food wit my family and am watchin pride and prejudice. fun times.
